RH GROUP was founded by Niko Huguet, a third-generation builder with a deep passion for construction and real estate development. Growing up in a family of industry professionals—his father a builder and his grandfather an architect and developer—Niko was immersed in the world of design and construction from an early age. His global travels further shaped his vision, exposing him to diverse architectural styles and inspiring his commitment to excellence.

 

Starting as a laborer, Niko gained hands-on experience in every aspect of construction, eventually working his way up to Vice President of his family’s construction company. At 23, he earned his General Contractor’s license and launched RH GROUP with the mission of delivering high-quality, innovative projects that redefine luxury living and commercial development.

As a licensed general contractor, the firm specializes in building luxury homes, multifamily developments, and commercial projects.
